Job Location: Lowell Catholic High School, Lowell Massachusetts
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30 am-3:30 pm (No nights, weekends, or holidays!)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional, dependable, and passionate candidate for our private school account. This position will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the kitchen to ensure culinary excellence in the preparation and execution of all food products. This includes prep, production, proper sanitation practices, and kitchen safety.
Job Tasks
– Reports to the School Cafeteria Manager
– Works directly with other employees, clients, and vendors
– Prepares and executes daily lunch and snack menu items for up to 200 students a day. (depends on student participation
– School Event Catering
– Accurate reporting: Working with weekly food budgets and par levels.
– Maintains proper food production records and submits them properly
– Ensures sanitation and safety standards are met in all areas, daily
– Meal packaging delivery to the Elementary Students
– Utility tasks
– Any other duties or tasks that are assigned by the Chef Manager
Requirements
– 8+ years of Culinary experience
– High School diploma or GED
– Experience with large-scale cooking and delivery
– Knowledge of childhood nutrition and portion sizes
– Excellent professionalism, customer service, leadership, and – – – English verbal communication
– Knowledge of kitchen operations and production
– Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
– Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, and physically demanding environment
– ServSafe Manager certified
– Must be able to pass a Background Screening
Huge bonus, but not required:
– Previous school food service experience
– Culinary degree
– Experience/ Knowledge with Google Drive

Salary: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

Food Service Associate - Stowe, MA

Food Service Associate - Stowe, MA

Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional candidate to join our team as a Food Service Associate/Cashier. This role is primarily performing cashier duties at the front while maintaining inventory levels in the cold case and condiment/snack stations. As time allows, this person will also lightly clean tables throughout the day and support kitchen staff in preparing food.
Job Tasks:
· Work with a point-of-sale (POS) system (can be trained) to process payments from customers, ensuring an accurate till at the end of each day
· Assist with food inventory management, keeping shelves stocked and reporting any shortages, as well as helping put away delivery items
· Ensures sanitation and safety standards are met in all areas daily, including lightly cleaning tables and chairs, as well as maintaining cleanliness and organization of cold cases and other food stations, prep areas, and equipment
· Work quickly to keep up with the pace of the kitchen and team during busy periods; take initiative in keeping everything cleaned and well maintained during slow periods
· Maintains proper cleaning and sanitation records and submits them properly
· Report any equipment malfunctions promptly to the Unit Manager
· Attend and participate in weekly team meetings
Requirements:
· 1+ years experience working in food service
· Excellent professionalism, customer service, leadership, and English verbal communication
· Knowledge of food service operations
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
· Must be able to pass a Background Screening and a Drug Test
· Required to follow all new Covid-19 standards

Job Summary
We are looking for dependable, high-energy candidates for our prep cook/dishwasher position. This role plays a critical role in the kitchen. He/She will be responsible for any food preparation needs and the daily operations of the dish and dining areas to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all tableware, cookware, tables, floors, and equipment.
Job Tasks
