It has been ingrained in our minds from a young age that eating a healthy breakfast before taking a test has proven to increase test scores. In fact, several research studies show that eating consistently healthy meals improves memory, focus, and alertness. This should apply to all meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even snacks students are consuming. Providing your students with the nutrients they need to perform their best is a win/win for everybody involved.
