GKM has local employees in the area of each facility that serve as managers who facilitate on site meetings, continued professional development, and oversee quality control.
Our chefs will provide your residents with healthy meals that will fuel them for whatever the day may bring. We promise the meals will be served to their natural state, provided with a salad bar full of fruits, vegetables and protein (as requested), and will utilize lean proteins such as turkey, ground beef, chicken and fish to accommodate many dietary needs.
GKM food will be plentiful, visually appealing, flavorful and always served on time
The staff will, at all times, be professionally dressed in appropriate chef attire, responsive to questions or concerns from collegiate members and administrators, follow proper sanitation standards, and keep the kitchen clean & organized.

Management
Employee Services: GKM takes care of identifying quality individuals to fill all kitchen service roles from Chef to dishwashers, facilitating an in-depth interview process, and completing background checks on each new hire prior to installing them into your facility.
Payroll/Tax Services: GKM’s professional staff, located at the main office, will be able to answer any payroll or tax question. We want to ensure the facility representatives are confident that all necessary documents are filed and processes completed for the employees.
